Study Trip Through the Balkans Visited the European House

Participants of an international study trip covering several Balkan countries stayed in Srebrenica, where they learned about the town and the programs of the European House.

As part of the study trip, the group from Germany and Austria planned visits to Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo and Srebrenica. During their stay in Srebrenica, participants became thoroughly acquainted with the work of the European House and its partners.

This visit provided an excellent opportunity to present positive practices of exchange through numerous programs that the European House Srebrenica organizes in cooperation with partners from Germany and Austria.

Exchange programs continue on an ongoing basis, and they actively involve representatives of the NGO sector, women’s organizations, local institutions, the Municipality of Srebrenica, the “Poletarac” Kindergarten, the Fire Department, the Civil Protection Service of Srebrenica, as well as the Tourist Organization of Srebrenica. This broad network enables a multi-sectoral approach to community development through international cooperation.
